Salih Unal is the Chief Executive Officer of Reference Foods Ltd. since 2007. His main responsibilities include assets and manage performance in the World and Turkish market operations. He is the founding Chairman of Global Dairy Platform, which is an international organisation whose mission is to provide insight and guidance about the promotion of the healthy dairy consumption. He also serves on the The Chamber of Istanbul Certified Accoountants Board (ISMMO) which provides high level, independent strategic advices. In addition to his experiences in senior executive roles more than 20 years, he has many Chief Executive roles in many worldwide export companies for 15 years.
SELAMI AYDIN
Marketing Director
Selami Aydın is the marketing director of the company and also one of the shareholders of Reference Foods Inc. He is responsible for global ingredients, foodservices, innovation and Turkish market operations. He has more than 20 years of experience in ingredients and consumer product business. Spending many years in the market brings him very strong and tight relations with the national dairy industry and provides him valuable field experiences focusing on ingredients especially enzymes,cultures, additives and preservatives.
